2. Registration Fee
All fees will cover admission to all oral and poster sessions, incubators and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches for every day during the conference. Participant is encouraged to pre-register as early as possible via online registration.
Participant shall register via online registration system to secure your participation in the conference. Please note that your registration will only be considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed. See the registration fee below.
Please note that no payment will be accepted on-site at the conference venue. The receipt for registration fee will be available for collection at the registration point during the conferences.
Payment of Fees:
All registered participants are cordially invited to attend the Welcome Dinner. Interested local students who wish to join the dinner may do so by paying an additional fee of BDT 2,000 per person. Only pre-registered attendees are guaranteed to receive official conference materials, which include a conference bag, an abstract book, a pen, and stationery.
Insurance:
The conference organizing committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
