- International Participants, arriving at Shah Amanat International Airport, Chattogram (CGP) can reach the University of Chittagong (IMS Campus), located about 40 kilometers north of the city, in approximately 60–80 minutes by taxi, ride-sharing service, or reserved vehicle.
- Registered conference participants, a complimentary shuttle service will operate daily between Hotel Peninsula Chittagong (GEC Circle) and Chittagong University, ensuring convenient and comfortable travel to and from the conference venue.
- Domestic Participants, traveling from other parts of Bangladesh can conveniently reach Chattogram city by train (arriving at Chattogram Railway Station, New Market area) or by intercity bus (arriving at AK Khan Gate, GEC Moor, or Garib Ullah Shah Mazar).
